Rates depend on the route and distance, truck category, material type, load weight and volume, truck availability, fuel and toll costs, waiting time, seasonal demand and return-load availability. The final rate is confirmed by the transporter.
We work with pickup and mini trucks, 14-ft to 19-ft open trucks, 20-ft to 32-ft containers, multi-axle open trucks, and trailers and specialized vehicles for heavier or oversized loads.
Vehicle documents and the driver licence are checked and validated before a truck is added to the BEETrux network, so you can book with more confidence.
Yes. Once the trip starts, you receive updates at every important stage — vehicle assigned, pickup reached, loading done, in transit, delivered and settled — through the app and other channels.
Our trip-support team coordinates mechanics, tyre support, battery help, towing and recovery, and driver assistance on the road. Repair, towing and spare-part costs may require separate approval and charges.
Transporters can register through the Transporter Registration option, add their vehicles, and then receive regular load opportunities, return-load support and payment-status visibility.
Drivers or vehicle owners upload proof-of-delivery photographs digitally, and customers approve the POD online. All documents stay stored in one trip record.
As a truck approaches its delivery location, its availability is updated and nearby suitable loads are identified. The transporter reviews the opportunities and confirms a return booking when suitable freight is available.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Customers and transporters can both view the payment status of each trip directly in their records.
